GorgeousIntroduction This clip shows an idea of how you can work on a nice picture with a beautiful girl to create an even stunning impression of the girl. The clip contains three different flash effects but the first thing you have to know is how to choose the picture for this kind of effect. Always use a nice picture with a relative high saturation and a good contrast (you can do this thing by yourself in programs like Adobe Photoshop easily). Search for pictures with element that you can use in the effects, in our case the chain at the girl's neck which we animated. The Effect ![]() Open the source file and you will find that we worked in the simplest way. We placed all the 4 elements of the clip on a different layer (ignore the first layer). As always, we have the background picture on the last layer as you can see in the left. Notice that in the original picture the girl hasn't any earring, but it's not a big deal, in fact that's an easy job for Flash. So we have 3 different effects. Let's discuss them: ![]() The earring - That's the simplest effect ever. We used a static circle like the one in the picture with a radial gradient, from w full white color in the middle to a transparent white in the exterior. On another layer we did a Tween Shape with another circle in the middle that fades and grows. This is a random thing, you can do anything is. The real trick is to add a sparkle effect over the earring. Visit flashstareffects.webarticles.org to find out how to do a sparkle effect. ![]() The eye color - The hardest thing you have to do in order to obtain this kind of color shifting for the eyes is to draw over the area in the eye that determines the color. We recommend using the brush tool. Once you have that area, simply change it's color by using the Tween Shape technique, but without changing the shape, create transitions only between some transparent colors, like you see in the final Clip. The sparkling diamonds - In the background picture you can see that the girl has a chain at her neck. We made that chain from diamonds. The idea was to create a small Clip with a circle who increases an decreases size and transparency. Then by multiplying its instances frame by frame from left to right, with a perfect arrangement on the stage, we got this effect. Because there is a difference of a frame between the consecutive instances, the effect looks like it takes place from left to right. These here are only the first ideas that came in our heads for this picture!!! Create your own! Good Luck
